Pour on tap at the brewery, murky brown pour with thin tan head, aroma brought notes of big, big sweet candi sugar, some slight caramel, fruit notes, hints of vanilla and an earth and spice. Really overwhelming candi sugar. Taste is similar, some vinous notes with big candi sugar, hints of caramel, toffee, some dark raisin and plum, hints of cocoa, vanilla in there, finishing fairly sweet.
