"Dagan, a celtic god, had power on air, fire, water and earth when its people shined over Europe. This celtic cider reminds past times when the celtic people used to drink a mysterious concoction of apples, probably the ancestor of cider."

Bottle. I really liked this. Smells of apple juice but not overpowering. Taste is sweet, slightly tart without the chemical taste of some ciders. Color is golden and clear.

Clear cider yellow with a big fleshy apple skin aroma. Taste is sweet apple sauce, cinnamon.

The aroma is sweet apples and a tad bit tart. The appearance is deep gold with a small bubbly head that fades fast. The flavor starts out sweet but finishes dry, sour, and bitter. The palate is thin and well carbonated. Overall this is not very good due to astringent and medicinal qualities.

A golden appearance with a small head. The aroma is apples believe it or not with a hint of spices. This one certainly isn’t bursting with flavor. A small amount of apple flavors mixed in with some table sugar. A hint of sourness in the aftertaste. Overall this is an ok drink and certainly refreshing but far from complex.

Pour is a bright golden with no head. Aroma is apple juice and nothing else. Flavor is super sweet apple. I mean really super sweet! Nothing dry going on with this one. Reminds me of apple sauce with the sweetness. Nothing really great with this one and I think im done with ciders for awhile.

0.33 l bottle. Deep golden with quickly diminishing head. Ripe apple, candy and wood in the aroma. Acidic and sweetish flavor with apple skin and caramel. Light bodied with fairly sharp carbonation. Dryer apple skin finish. Simple yet pleasant cider.

Bottle. Poured clear straw color with a small white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Aroma of apple juice. Flavor of candy apple. Light body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing drink.

Pours golden with a short lasting white fizzy head. The aroma is quite simplistic - red apples with minor tartness. Light body with minor sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with medicinal apples and is very sharp. The finish has more of a musty apple taste. Pretty boring, much better available.

Lightly carbonated, deep golden body under a wee, scant, filmy island of white. Weak green apple aroma with a touch of grains, seemingly like a caramel apple, yet only softly aromatic. Fizzy mouth with light acidity. Apple flavor is sweeter than dictated yet the acidity is what lingers. Mid-astringence. Not a bad cider. Makes me glad spring is here. (Or was here last week. I love Chicago.)
