Medium amber colour and clear. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is malty, and has some bad notes, skunk. Flavor is mainly sweet, malty, caramel. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation.

(50 cl bottle @ Dagmar Cinema) Pours a clear, light brown with off-white, quickly receding head. Aroma is caramel and bread with faint sour notes and some licorice perhaps. Oily texture, full body, medium carbonation and a sweet finish. Flavour is syrup/molasses and brown sugar - the sweet taste that the average Dane loves in his beer.. not me though.

Medium offwhite head. Deep reddish amber body. Roasty malty spicy aroma with earthy dusty notes. Dry-sweet spicy malty earthy taste with roasty notes. Light body. Mild, mealy mouthfeel with slight slickness. Dryish spicy smoky roasty aftertaste with earthy fruity notes. Really nice. Highly drinkable, with lots of character. (0.1l draft at DBF’11.)

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Dark amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma and flavour of caramel, chocolate, hops, malt and fruit.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Clear nut brown. Mildly roasty with some pineapple-like hops. Sqweeish and fruity, medium bodied wtih rounded mouthfeel and medium bitterness. Quite hop centered brown ale.

Hop aroma. Mid brown amber coloured and hoppy with a crisp and slightly dry lasting malt finish.

Pours dark amber with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel and citrus hop. Flavour is caramel, citrus and grapefruit.

Copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of fruit, chocolate and caramel. Sweet and fruity flavour with chocolate notes, with a hoppy touch and a nice bitter finish

Clear amber of color with an off white head. An aroma of flowers, pines, citrus and sweets. A flavor of sweets, nuts, caramel and hops. Reminds me more of an amber ale than an american brown ale.

Bottle at EsBF09. Cloudy drk grey orange colour. Very small head. The flavour is malty, has a bit of sweet bread. Mild grainy note, no more than can be tolerated because the maltiness.
