Hazy amber with tiny off white head. Sweet aroma with notes of floral hops, caramel and toasted malt. Sweet fruity flavor with notes of caramel, roasted malt and elderflowers. Ends mild bitter.

Bottle. Clear amber with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and a little hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, little sweet, little fruit, little pine, hops and medium bitter.

(Draught) Pours brownish amber. The aroma is light spicy and light fruity with some bready malt to back it up. Not much hops on the nose. The flavour is light to medium hoppy and light to medium malty with tones of orange peel, light spices, bread and caramel. The mouthfeel is soft and light “dry”. Medium bodied.

Bottle of 50 cl Slightly hazy dark amber beer with a medium off white head. The aroma is sweet, with distinctive notes of floral hops and citrus. The taste bear the imprint of a little hard hoppy beer with a slightly rustic hop flavor. Notes caramel malt and faint sensation, however. Very dry in taste and a long aftertaste ef grassy hops.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Grain and fruit. Dry and bitter. A bit of yeast. Ends dry.

nose is sweet hops, apple acids, light sweet malt, feel and carb are medium, taste is soursweet, some sweet caramel, and maple syrup before weak hops finish

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Dim orange with a thin off-white head. Weak aroma of caramel and grapefruit with yeast. Flavor is light caramel, light fruity and bitter. Weak and uninspired flavor, out of balance and not really taking me anywhere.

Pours lovely clear coppery amber with a fine, creamy, white head. Aroma has yeast, malts, caramel, light piney and grapefruity hops. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has yeast, almost milky chocolate. Heavy in bitternesss, piney, grassy and citric. Very dry finish. A bit weird.

From DØE Festival, Valby, DK. Bottled, 070909. Amber with white head. Aroma of hay and fruit. Flavor is malt with garden fruit and citrus.

CBF09. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Red-amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

(EBF 2008) Orange/golden color, small head. Fruity aroma, some hops. Hoppy citrus flavor, grass, metal notes, apples. Nice hoppy finish.
