[EBF @ Copenhagen, September 2008] Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Somewhat clear golden color. Aroma was quite mellow with mild toasted malt, hint of caramel and grain. Over the palate came mild floral and maybe a hint of ash. Light bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry thin texture. [After party @ Papsoe, thanks buddy] Average rocky head with fair display of lacework. Clear flat looking body with a golden color. Aroma of mild herbal and fruity notes. Over the palate came mild grassy and hoppy notes with some dusty grainy feel as well. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter flavor in balance. Sweet aroma of caramel with notes of yeast and berries.
Flavour of malts, caramel and hops.
Watery and boring.
This perfect name for this beer, it’s just as boring as Ringsted.
