Bottle: A bit hazy, mid-sized, quite stable off-white to yellowish head, brown coloured; fruity-caramelly nose with a distinctive piney hoppiness; moderate bitter-sweet flavour with a light acidity, quite light bodied; faint traces of caramel in the fruity-hoppy and sourish finish. O.K., drinkable, not very well rounded...................

Oct 1, 2008 Bottle. Amber/dark orange color, decent creamy offwhite head. Chocolate aroma, milky notes, some smoke and nuts.
Malty flavor, some caramel, some hops. Chocolate and some caramel. Quite nice hoppy notes adding balance. Dry finish with hops and citrus.

Sep 30, 2008 Medium amber colour and clear. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is malty, and has some bad notes, skunk. Flavor is mainly sweet, malty, caramel. Creamy texture. Lively carbonation.
