2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not even as dark as a dark Dunkel, dark brown and easy to see through, the head is creamy and nice. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavour is initially rather thin, but then it becomes nicely balanced with notes of caramel, licorice, coffee and a rather nice bitterness and a surprisingly long finish. So the first part of the game was weak, but in the second round the team really joined forces and won! 1850

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
50 cl bottle courtesy of Papsoe. This beer cost 35 krone if you are interested. Aroma is malty sweet with heavily creamed coffee making a play alongside a mild tartness. Not the most enticing smelling brew. The body is a ruddy dark brown and holds a bubbly, thin and wispy tan head. Fore is tart, watery and has mild sweet malt accents. Some coffee notes develop in the finish, but not in time to save this brew from being forgettable.
