Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter slightly harsh flavor. Average luight bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are nuts, caramel, smoke, malt, fruits and hops.

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. An unclear, brown brew with a minimal sized off-white head. Roasted malts, caramel, some bread and a grassy touch on the nose. The flavor is pretty much the same, but with some dried fruits added, and more on the roasted side than the aroma. Medium body, quite dry. Bready finish. A decent beer, but too boring. Needs more of nearly everything, especially aroma and flavor hops. 110528

Bottle. Low lasting fluffy white head. Clear dark brown body. Odd smelling cabbage ginger aroma. Mild weak roasted malt lemon flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a short aftertaste.
