Meh. Better than the regular version as it has a bit more of something going on.

Huge thanks to Betty from work for bringing me back this from her vacation. Pours deep gold and surprisingly didnít gush after the flight. Nose is sweet corny and malt. Tastes of berries, Swedish fish, corn, nice malt, and pleasant alcohol. It mixes the combo of malt liquor attributes in pleasant way. This isnít too bad at all hope to get to drink locally someday.

Hotel Yardabon (26-Mar-2014) Sweet sickly malt aroma. Clear amber ordinary head and low suds lace. Sweet malt and chemical flavour. Sweet herbal sickly finish and chemical aftertaste.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2014 Draft at a "Beer Station" in Mandalay, Myanmar. This is probably the best beer I?ve had in Myanmar. It?s just a solid beer that is not amazing by any means but is just plain old beer. Medium body with a crisp finish. Definitely my go-to here in Burma.

33cl can shared by a friend. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Lightly malty aroma with hints of cooked vegetables and caramel and some light spicy/hoppy notes. Medium body with average carbonation. Sweet and lightly malty with a light bitterness in the finish. Fairly well balanced and better than expected. Surprisingly easy to dink for a light 8% SEA lager. Dagon extra strong Dagon beverages co. Ltd. 8% 640 ml Inle lake area, we have a fridge in out room, so cold beer, yay. This one pours the typical light yellow fizzy color I expect... Actually, based on the other strong lagers, I expected it to be darker. Nice head, looks more carbonated than the other strongs as well. Beautiful head... Lingers for the entire drinking experience. Nose has a distinct tartness followed by lager, corn... More corn smell than any of the other beers I have had here. Taste. Ok... Yeah, alcohol... Strong alcohol front, fades to a creamy finish. The creaminess is really nice, but that full frontal assault of alcohol is rough. It does have a bit of tartness across the middle as well. After a while of drinking the alcohol assult fades... But donít let it get warm. I do have to say this one is distinct and different than the others around. some pluses, some minuses. But not too bad overall.
