This was my first chance to get over to the Dahlonega Brewing Company. I heard that early on they had some major problems with infections and the like, but this was far from infected. It was fairly light bodied, moderately sweet with caramel overtones. A good bit of fruitiness, mostly apples. Light hopping, but enough to balance the sweetness. Drinkable but not all that flavorful. Light brown/amber body with a thin head on top.
