Got this at a local Vietnamese supermarket. The bottles label this as a dark ale. There’s a definite strong flavor--a bit chocolaty--though almost reminiscent of black beans. Moderately strong aftertaste. Might be just a tad bit too sweet. Decent beer--definitely worth a try.

Very dark, slight red light coming through, tan head. Aroma has sweet yet a little burned malt. Some crispiness in flavor, not very malty. Feels very light, even a little too light for the style. Very faint bitterness in the end. Refreshing.

12oz bottle-A dark brown almost black body with a big tan head which has an aroma of dark malt, licorice, smoke, and coffee. Taste of the same with some chocolate as well. A decent brew with not expecting much.

Can. "Dai Viet Bia Den Premium Quality". Pours a clear deep brown colour with a small short lasting head. Sweet toasty caramel and grainy aroma. The flavour has sweet roasty caramel, grains and some toasted malt. The finish is sweet and roasty.
