Bottle 30 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours almost crystal clear with tiny, tiny bubbles. Fat rice aroma. Quite full-bodied, soft rice notes and a very alcoholic finish. 080209

30 cL bottle. Pours clear and almost fully pale white head. Mild cedarwooden aroma, subdued berry note. Sweet wooden and alcohol flavoured. dry and subdued berry note. Dry and warming to slight burning alcohol finish.

Bottled. A light yellow sake. The aroma is sweet with notes of rice, alcohol, and cedar wood as well as a slight spicy note. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of cedar wood and rice as well as notes of alcohol, which leaves a burn on the tongue, but also a bit of citrus.
