Palate: full-bodied, very filling.
Flavor: milk chocolate, bitter chocolate, banana.
Comment: Tasty stuff.

Tap at Beer Belly.
A white bock, light golden/brown color. Pungently sweet aroma of bananas and clove. Amazingly rich flavor of bananas, spices, cloves, other fruits. Very sweet, but balanced well by alcohol and sour traces. Excellent and very interesting.

On tap (as Tottori Weizenbock) at Beer Belly, Osaka. Cloudy, pale golden with a creamy offwhite head. Banana, spices and some sour notes fill the nose. Banana weizen flavours are quite dominant together with clove. Quite full-bodied. An enjoyable weizenbock that hides its strength well. The hints of sourness would probably upset the Germans, but adds to complexity.

Pours cloudy hay color with a medium, fluffy head. Aroma was banana, wheat, sweet malt, spice, and light yeast. Flavor of wheat, spices, banana, and clove. hides alcohol very well. Spicey finish. Effervescent, light body. Not overly complex, but a solid, good beer.

Golden color, huge banana, clovey nose. Comes across initally much more like a weizen. Sweet malty mouth, banana bread, cloves and plantaine in the mouth. Full bodied. Spicy clovey finish. Best beer I have had from these guys.
