Jun 8, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy and golden amber to brown. Dried fruity and dense malt aroma. Dry breadish and mild spiced initial flavour. Followed by a mix of chocolate and caramel malt flavours. Goes into a dry bitterness and followed by a short smooth chocolate finish.

May 14, 2008 Bottle @ Thisted Tasting by Maria.. Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chrimas spices - anis, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Apr 19, 2008 Amber of color with an off-white head. An aroma of caramel, toffee and chritsmas cookies. A flavor of caramel, malt and bitter notes.

Apr 18, 2008 Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Enjoyit. Red-brown with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, candy sugar and caramel. The flavour has sweetness, notes of candy sugar, slightly burnt caramel and light notes of spice and citrus. The overall impression is a bit weak, but otherwise OK.

Feb 2, 2008 Bottle. Thx to Tarjei. Red brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted, caramel. Flavour is sweet, roasted, caramel, hop. Nice beer to be so weak ABV.
