Papsoe (10267), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 10, 2008 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yngwie. Clear warm mahogany colour with a dense beige and lacing head. Aroma of fruit and roasted malt. Medium body with fairly burned malt accents and a distinct hoppy finish. I believe it lacks some sweetness to be a proper Christmas beer. 030608 yespr (6889), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jun 8, 2008 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy and golden amber to brown. Dried fruity and dense malt aroma. Dry breadish and mild spiced initial flavour. Followed by a mix of chocolate and caramel malt flavours. Goes into a dry bitterness and followed by a short smooth chocolate finish. MiP (6018), Flensburg, Germany Jul 17, 2008 Bottle, 4.7%. Slightly dusty and slightly roasted aroma.
