Bottle @ Thisted Tasting by Maria.. Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, hay, moderate hoppy, grass - flowers, citrus, notes of spruce. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Jun 28, 2008 Bottle. Dark golden colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, hop, flower, hay. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, flower, hay. Nice beer.

Apr 19, 2008 Golden of color with a white head. An aroma of flowers, hay, dust, sweets and citrus. A flavor of hops, dry, grass and citrus.

Apr 18, 2008 Tasting at my place. Courtesy of Yngwie & Gunnfryd. Warm orange-golden with a huge, nice and creamy head. The aroma has notes of sweet malts and a lot of flower, and it’s especially the bell-heather I find. The flavour is very floral ,and again the bell-heather is the most clear note, and I also find notes, that makes me think of bee’s wax, citrus, caramel and it’s a smooth, nice and pleasant beer with a dry, slightly citrussy finish.

Apr 11, 2008 On tap at Cardinal Pub, Stavanger. Sark brown colour with a small yellowish head. Quite special aroma-like burnt caramel, bread and chocolate all coming together. Wonderful. Chocolate, flowery bitterness as well as bready flavours. A bit watery. Very good, and with slightly more body it would have been excellent.
