COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
God sommer.

On tap at the pub Dalane Brygus, Egersund. Hazy orange color, nice creamy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Flavor is hoppy, fruity and floral, with fine malt. Easy drinking and very nice. I have also tried the bottle-version; it is good too, but I think I prefer it on tap. The only really drinakble «summer beer» in Norway.

Bottled. An amber beer with floating sediment under a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of hops and light notes of pines. The flavor is sweet with notes of pine and light notes of malt, leading to a dry bitter finish. Fine but a bit light bodied.

Bottle, 4.7%. Good refreshing, grassy hop aroma. Orange colour with a lot of very small floaties. The flavour is a little milder. It still has the hop flavour, but not as grassy. More malty and slightly sweet.

Bottle, thx to tarjei. It pours a slighlty hazy golden orange body under a finger thick, creamy, off-white head. Fine, mostly hoppy nose with citrus, resin and pine cones. There’s also found room for caramelly malts and sugars. Full body, pleasantly carbonated. Hoppy flavor with pine cones, resin, citrus and a floral touch. Fine bitterness, and a balancing malty sweetness. Lasting but not strong finish with some bitterness. Probably the only interesting summer beer in Norway. Quenching, flavorful and easy drinkable. Hope they launch it this year as well. BTW, I’ve had this a couple of times now, but this is the first rating. Even though it was two months past BB-date, it was still a fine beer. (090404)
