COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Shameless McDale? Well, both the Dale brothers are married to women of Irish descent and we have shamelessly tapped into that connection and used it to create an Irish style Red Beer. In the spirit of the early spring season, we have made this a "Green" beer. Not green as in Ireland, but green as in using Certified Organic Grains. The result is a slightly roasted malt flavor, light on hop bitterness. Slainte!

Bottle from Total Wine; poured an orange-amber color with a pretty big off white head. Aroma of yeast, caramel, mineral water, vegetables and must. Flavor was solid, especially after getting past an initial offputting mineral quality (that I got used to). Some light roasted/peaty elements, some nice tasting caramel, and a bit of bread and yeast. Some veggie elements. Close to being quite good.

22oz bottle from Total Wine. Rating #4. Medium amber with a really light tan head that coated the glass before running back down to beer level. Light toasty aroma with no hop presence. Flavor is also light toast and a touch of roast and a smooth and clean finish. (1174)

Dull red pour, some head, malty aroma. very easy to drink, not overly sweet, but somewhat malty, abit of a bready, malt flavor to it, not bad at all really enjoyable, expecting a little more hops, but still very good.
