Cask at CPK. Pours a clear, rich yellow with a foamy, white head. Holds a floral, grassy aroma, wet with some dough. Flavor is lightly sweet with a pronounced dough character, some flowery and herbal bitterness, some grass, very light lemon citrus. Light bodied with quite fine carbonation. Some weedy hops in the finish, faint citrus and dough, some grass. Very drinkable if not outstanding.
