Aroma of burned malt and cocoa. Quite light in body with hard roasted malt accents, a little chocolate and licorice with a light, underlying sweetness. There’s a vague malt bitterness in the finish. A light Porter but a nice one. 120108 Ungstrup (10863), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 17, 2008 Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is very sweet with primary notes of caramel, but also light roasted notes. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of roasted malt as well as light notes of caramel. The body is thin.
