Bottle. It pours an unclear, golden-orange body under a diminishing, big, white head. Looks quite pretty. It’s flowery on the nose, with banana and citrus, some wheat and cloves. A bit weak on the flavor, far from reaching the heights of the aroma. Wheat, banana and citrus, with a touch of cloves and bitterness. Medium body, a bit low on carbonation, considering the style. Grainy and fruity finish with some cloves and a fine bitterness. Overall, it’s a quite boring beer, with a very nice aroma. (081227)

Bottled. Hazy yellowish orange colour, small off-white head. Aroma is wheat, mild spices, some fruits and mild earthy notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some quite strong rubbery notes.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, lively creamy head. Aroma of banana and lemon. Mid dry with well rounded mouuthfeel and medium body. Plenty of bubblegum phenols, a bit soapy with candyish banana flavour. No bitterness. A fairl solid weizen.

500ml bottle (Dallmayr shop, Munich Airport)
6 Fairly wheaty, a bit of coriander seed, a little citrussy hop.
4 Cloudy orange-gold, big head disappears quickly to a ring
6 Quite bready and grainy.
4 Full palate, pleasant carbonation. Slightly herby finish, hops stay on the tongue
13 Competent. Quite a ’heavy’ wheat beer, and should have been served colder, but I had no access to a fridge.
