Mes_and_Sim (4487), Highgate, Greater London, England Sep 22, 2008 A Mes rate: supped in our excellent appartment in Barca. A lovely traditional lemonade smell. Very faint beery notes if you try hard enough. Pale cloudy yellow with a lasting thin white head. Slightly sweetened traditional lemonade flavour. Faint malt and straw in the finish remind you that this does just about have some beer in it. Full on lemon and grapefruit. Nothing like an alcoholic drink but it’s very tasty and refreshing. Reminds me a lot of that German orange stuff. Crap if you want to get drunk, great if it’s a gloriously hot day and you want something downable. I care not what you think folks, I like it. yespr (6943), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jul 2, 2008 33 cL can. Pours pale and hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Citrusy to lime aroma, light wheaty note. Flavour is mild sweet and solid citrusy fruity. Holds a very refreshing citrus fruity finish. Nice one. Nekronos (1949), Xalapa, Mexico Dec 25, 2005 Updated: Apr 30, 2006Better, a little cloudy, it was very sweet, but interesting, the colour was good. jbrus (4192), Delft, Netherlands Aug 6, 2004 Aroma like sprite. Looks quite nice though: cloudy, pale yellow color, white head, fair lace. Light sweet, citric, more sweet finish, no bitterness or hops, light and very refreshing. Actually not so bad stuff to drink when its warm and the beer is cold. Papsoe (10517), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jul 31, 2008 (Can 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy pale golden with a nice, rough off-white head. Distinct aroma of lemon pop. Light in body with no real malt feel but plenty of citrus notes with a slightly astringent quinine-like bitter and grapefruitish finish. 220608
