Bottled. Cloudy amber color, start with nice foam, but sparkly and goes quickly. Aroma is sweet, notes of cinnamon, roasted sugar and some malt. Flavor has a high carbonation, that is not good for a ale, notes of cinnamon and malt. Mouthfeel is quite sweet;

Bottled with cork. An amber beer with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of brow sugar. Taste is also very malty with notes of cinnamon and caramel. High carbonation. I’m not sure what is the right style for this beer, but I guess it is not an IPA

Impressiona pelo aroma e sabor de canela. Há também fermento de pão e leve malte. O creme é pouco denso e consistente. A drinkability é boa.

Abril/2008. Garrafa. Coloração âmbar escura, levemente avermelhada, turva, com creme bege fraco. Aroma levemente adocicado. Presença de fermento, cravo e canela, sendo esses dois últimos muito suaves. Falta sabor. Poderia ter mais personalidade. Carbonatação média.

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2008 Muito boa essa Ale da Dana. Coloração caramelo escuro, pouca espuma na coloração ambar. Cheiro levemente frutado, com tons doce e cereais. Sabor suavemente adocicado, com um bom retrogosto amargo. Aveludada e suave. Sem fortes traços.
