Draught. Murky orange colour. Dominant aromas of rose petals and yeast. The flavour is quite sweet and wheaty, with a strong presence of rose petals and some citrusy notes.finish is lightly soured with a fruity presence.

Apr 16, 2008 Updated: Apr 19, 2008On tap at "pre passover keg party": too flowery, too prefumy, smells and tastes like air freshener or floor cleaning fluid, also rosewater is quite present here, a bit too much, interasting but not very good.

May 20, 2007 Bottle thanks to the brewer David Cohen. A dark golden beer with a big head. The aroma is wheaty and citric in a great way, the taste is Fruity, citric and coriander. Medium body with a sweet citric finish.

May 17, 2007 Hand bottled and brought to Denmark by the brewmaster David Cohen - huge thanks for the effort. An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge, but fast disappearing head. The aroma is very citrusy, in a very nice a mellow way. The flavor is sweet and very citrusy on a lightly malty back ground and with light notes of coriander, leading to a lightly bitter and citrusy end.

May 17, 2007 Handbottled by David Cohen, cheers! Pours hazy light brown with a little crispy head. Aroma is slight caramel malty, citric (etrogim) with a touch of wheat. Flavour starts citric and then it goes wheaty blending into a sweet malty caramel flavour. A clear citric/orange note runs through all the way to the finish where it blends perfect into the bitterness giving a great refresing feel. Very lovely and different wit beer.
