Draught sample during a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks David Cohen. Black-colored. Aroma of carobs, dark chocolate and a bit of roastiness. Sweet roasty flavor with carobs, chocolate and a slightly drier finish. Medium-bodied, a bit watery. This could use a bit of more body, but still it’s pretty pleasant and easy-drinking. The carobs blend in very well here and give nice, interesting and unique chocolate nuances. This batch was made with a homebrew kit and served at the brewery pub. I need to try it again once it’s made with the brewery’s real equipment.

Draught sample during a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks David Cohen. Pours black opaque. Sweet, charob scent with a hint of grass. Mouth: sweet, syrup and some very light bitterness. Medium-bodied, watery with long finish. Not very carbonated. I understand that this was some sort of an experiment and I’d like to try it again.
