DSG (453), Yuvalim, Israel Apr 17, 2008 Updated: Apr 25, 2008 Draught at the "Pre-Pesach Keg Party" 2008. Dark brown color with a medium creamy beige head. A malty, rather nutty, aroma with some caramel and light fruitiness. Malty sweet flavor with some nuttiness, light toastiness and a pretty dry finish with caramel and hops. Medium-bodied. A decent brown ale.
A rating for "Pre-Pesach Keg Party" 2007 one-off brown ale (to clarify - this is not the same beer as the "Downtown Brown"): Draught at the "Pre-Pesach Keg Party" 2007. Dark brown, almost black, with a light brown head. Aroma is malty with a bit of roastiness. Flavor is sweetish and malty with a bit of roastiness in the finish. Medium-bodied. A bit boring. 6/4/6/3/12=3.1
