COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian beer style hovering between light gold and creamy white. Big taste, thanks to the German wheat but subtle spicing with coriander and orange adds a delicateness to be savored. Flavorful yet refreshing enough for an early breakfast on Masada.

Draught at brew-pub. Pours cloudy golden with a big white head. Corriander, orange and some lemon aroma, bitter taste with a hint of butter undertones. Smooth, lively carbonation, heavy body. Fun.

Very pale. Slightly hazy. Wheaty, coriander aroma and lime zest. Gentle malts on the palate, maybe a bit stale and autolyzed late, turning to peanut skins. Coriander masks some of this.

Draft @ brewpub. Is hazy, grain yellow with lasting cap. Aroma is straightforward wit in the Hoe vain, mildly herbal with nice wheat malt character. Refreshing and dry palate. Finishes fairly clean. Nice herbal finish has subtle sumac and coriander, and even mushroomy earth. Quite nice and highly drinkable.

Draught at the brewery. Cloudy golden, small head. Floral honeyish nose. Sweet and yeasty with banana and perfume. Medium bodied with well rounded mouthfeel, Edgeless and mildly flavourful with lots of substance, yet good drinkability.

At Decembeer (Israeli Beer Festival), Aroma of citrus and some perfum like flowers. Fruit flavors with delicate citrusy yeast. Fine beer but too perfumy for my taste

UPDATED: APR 11, 2008 From tap: well, it’s a nice effort but not very impressive. some weak yeasty notes and some weak wheat notes, mild hoppiness, some sweet cirtus and lemon grass notes, quite thin mouthfill, ok beer, not much more.

UPDATED: MAR 11, 2012 Re-rate 3/11/12: Draught at Dancing Camel Florentine. Hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of coriander, some citrus and light acidic notes. Sweetish wheaty fruity flavor with quite a bit of coriander, especially towards the finish. Medium-bodied. Not bad. 6/3/7/3/13=3.2

Draught at the "Pre-Pesach Keg Party". Cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is fruity with yeast and wheat. Sweet flavor - citrus (orange) and wheat. A tiny bit of sourness in the finish. A light to medium body. 7/3/6/3/13=3.2

The first Witbier brewed in the middle east! And a fine one it is - with its fresh orange peel sting a surprising touch of coriander. a light and refreshing beer suitable for the hot Israeli summer. It is still hard to find, but worth the effort!!!
