Haven’t found an IPA in Tel Aviv that has matched this one. Really enjoyed it with the home made sausages and salmon carpaccio.

330ml bottle poured into a tulip glass.
Murky amber color with a small off white head.
Caramel malt hit the nose first, with peanut butter and mild citrus hops.
Taste is nutty and sweetish, low-med bitterness, honey and alcohol.
Med-full body, low carbonation, medicinal after taste. not quite quaffable.

A good IPA. Golden coloured and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Aroma has lots of hoppy notes, herbal and spicy. Grassy notes too. Flavor starts moderate sweet and finish heavy bitter. Dry, creamy texture and soft carbonation.

The Dancing camel;nice aroma with hoppy and date honey,orange, hazy, off white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, hoppy finish.

On tap in Armadillo Bar TLV, dark golden color with a minimal head, very strong cascade scent and taste, better then the one I had at the brewery a few months ago. A hop head’s friend.

Draught at Dancing Camel Florentene. Cloudy amber with minimal head. Sweet, honey date aroma, tastes sweet and full, then mildly bitter. Full body, well carbonated, sweetish round finish.

Minimal head, reddish brown and cloudy color, surprisingly little aroma for an IPA with malt notes coming through more than hops. Good hop taste though, not overwhelming as with some IPAs, and the date honey definitely adds something. 7.2% ABV is a little high for an IPA IMHO, but otherwise it’s a nice beer with plenty of hops but not too bitter.

Cloudy dull amber. Thick head. Minty and buttery, a strong combination that might be more compelling than it needs to be. Taste like mint and diacetyl, too. Decent bitterness. Strange, strange stuff.

Draft @ brewpub. Hazy red with scattered lacing. Aroma of popcorn butter, candied peppermint, and strawberry. Flavors are similarly wonky. The palate is soft and buttery with a load of diacetyl. Basil, strawberry, butter, strawberry leaves. It dries out in the finish and leaves a minty aftertaste. It’s very interesting how it is actually drinkable and works in a warped way. Still, I could not drink a lot of it.

Etwas holziger Geruch. Schwach süßer Antrunk, nicht nur hier sondern auch im Mittelteil mild, etwas fruchtig und nur überaus verhalten hopfig, definitiv kein Haupt-Attribut. Süßlicher und malziger werdend, der Hopfen ist hier IPA untypisch fast vollkommen verschwunden. Naja..
