COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Black as coal with a creamy tan head, thick as the afternoon haze over Tel Aviv. Signature stout roastiness, soft like velvet with a little something extra (no, not date honey).

On tap, tasted 100ml during Beers 2014 festival beer tasting. Pours very dark brown to black. Soft carbonation. Thin gentle body. Tastes slightly sweet. Flavors of espresso, rich dark chocolate. Very interesting. Nice.

330ml bottle poured into a pint glass. Hazy dark brown with a small dark tanned head. Nose is full with dark chocolate and coffee, with pleasant roast and some milky notes. Roasted malts flavors, with chocolate, cream and low bitterness. Not very dry, lacks some hoppiness, round and too malty. OK.

[Thanks to tomer]. Bottle. Vary dark brown with a light tan head, quickly diminishing. Aroma is slightly sweet with coffee notes. Flavor is light roasty, black chocolate and light coffee. Light body with roasty and mild sweet final.

Bottle. Black. Roast in the malty creamy aroma. Malty sweet creamy flavor with apple syrup and licorice. Onedimensional, but tasty.

Bottle in Jerusalem. Exp date: 3/2014. Pours jet black with two-finger creamy head that sticks around a minute or two before dissipating. Yeast sediment at base of bottle, carbonation visible only when tilting the glass. Aroma dominated by Tuborg-like unpleasantness, with faint undercurrents of roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Like all Dancing Camel beers, I find something about the taste disagreeable -- borderline skunky. The first half of the swig is rather nondescript, transitioning into bitter flavors of roasted malt, coffee, and dark chocolate. The skunkiness creeps in with the rest in the second half. No alcohol presence. Even as the beer warms, there’s little change. Mouthfeel is upper range of medium. For a stout, this fails to deliver and tastes like a cheap gimmick.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2013 On-tap at the brewery. Pours deep brown almost black with a medium beige head, good lacing. Aroma of roasted malts, cocoa and coffee beans. Sweetish with roasted malts, caramel and dark chocolate notes. A bit too thin texture, but smooth and tasty. Nice stout.

Bottle, thnx to Tomer, cheers man!! Pours a very dark brown, almost headless beer with very little carbonation going on. Aroma of chocolate, molasses, some artificial sugars and lactose. Flavor is mildly sweet, a bit milky smooth and has a very flat, watery moutfheel. Would consider this as a sweet stout or a milk stout, or the flavor is just off. Not really impressed by this one.
