On tap at brewery. Pours hazy light orange. Aroma is very hoppy with some malt. Body is medium, with light carbonation. Tastes lightly sweet, with some stage-front hop bitterness, but not too bitter at all. Flavor is very very hoppy, herbal hops, some red fruits, some citrus. Some flat-dried flavors, some slight smokey tones. Aggressive hop flavor, but not overly bitter, and very pleasant overall.

Kita (1368) - Koper, SLOVENIA - DEC 1, 2014
Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Miha. Clear deep amber color with large fluffy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, raisins and mild toasted malt. Taste starts with light sweet toasted malt, follows refreshing fruity with dry mouthfeel and moderate bitter finish. Medium body, thin texture and soft carbonation in palate. Too bland to be good enough, just a thirst killer...

14/XI/14 - 33cl bottle from a trade @ Sanne’s birthday tasting (Gent) - BB: 31/III/15 (2014-1314) Thanks to kerenmk for the trade!

Clear orange beer, small irregular yellowish head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: caramel, very malty, sweet, jam. MF: ok carbon, medium body. taste: little sweet, malty, bit sugary, soft bitterness, tasted very aged. Aftertaste: caramel, sweet touch, some citrus, bitter. Bit too old already?

a cloudy burnt orange with a very small head. Nose is weak but I get standard piney hops and crystal malt (with the sweet nose). Sweeter than expected, pine and some grapefruit notes. quite old though.

Draught at brewpub. Hazy orange body with decent hop and citrus taste. Now this is the best beer to date in Israel I have had.

Based on notes from 032914. Tap, medium amber hue, average mostly diminsihing frothy white head, fair lacing. Moderately malty aroma of white bread and hay with moderate grapefruity and lemony hops and a note of peach. Taste is initially bittersweet turning into a bitter finish with a hint of sweetness and a slightly astringent feel. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation. A fairly refreshing pale ale, wouldn’t mind seeing this kind of stuff at Summer events rather than lagers. Wouldn’t have minded a tad sharper hopping though.
