Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Pale gold with a firm off white head. Aromas are biscuit and caramel malts with orange and lemon rind. More oranges come through with light nutty notes. Flavours are fruity orange with base caramel malts. Nutty and spicy with warming alcohol. Very likeable.

Fruity with some rye. Light hippy finish, which is led off by sweet fruit... Ok.

On cask at The Stagg’s Beer Festival, 2011. Pours a golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of caramel, apple and barley. Similar flavours. Mild carbonation and the mouth-feel is a little oily. Lingering grass and caramel with a fair alcohol hum. OK.
