A great aroma and powerful upfront hoppy bitterness give way to an explosion of citrus and pine flavours. A full on hop attack not for the faint hearted!

floral, citrus, golden, clear, minimal head, light sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, thin feel, soft carbonation, bitter, not the best beer from the duck people in my opinion this is far to hoppy for a pale ale its more ipa ish

On tap at the Ale House in Cowes. Seems to be my winner of the UK holidays so far. Mild carbo, easily drinkable, full body, fine aromas of grass, honey, hops and straw. Mild one with that special touch of crispiness. Have to go there tomorrow and drink another pint of it. Thumbs up.

On tap at the Cowes Ale House in Cows. Pours out in a deep golden colour with low head and flat body.Wonderful aroma of intense hops and peaches with grassy hints. Taste of intense but not that bitter hops, caramel, straw, hay, thyme, mild herbs, mild flowers and mild fruits. Smooth finish and it is just very quaffable and warming. Loved it.

Seen this around a lot and didn’t get the joke until yesterday. Cask - pale golden with a clean white head, thick lacing and fairly good retention. Aroma of grass, citrus and hints of tropical fruit. Taste of herbs and light spice, hints of lemon and grass, some sourness. Quite dry with a light body.

Draft at GBBF 2013 - London. Pours clear yellow with a light, white cream head. Some modest, juicy citrus on the nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with mild hay bitterness, dry tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and fairly bitter in the ending with good citrus character, dried bread. Great sessioner.

Cask at the Victoria Iann, Rugby, 30/10/13. Clear golden with a thin off white head. Nose is cereals, citrus, light vegetal, peas - not in too much of an unpleasant way, just not very exciting. Taste comprises light orange, faint hops, citrus fruit, lemon sherbet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light grassy bitterness in the finish. Average GB.
