Cask at Reading Beer Festival 27 Apr 06. Named Danegeld at 3,8%. Probably not at it’s best: Taste of cow-stable. Dark golden. Unclear.

Handpull at Babington (JDW) Derby. Clean and clear golden body, watery malt aroma backed up my an initial malt backwash with sweet flowers creeping through, wonderful transition between the two flavours. Impressive stuff from a new local brewer.
