3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark, nearly black pour. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla and an interesting roasted cereal quality that reminds me of burnt cheerios. The flavor is similar. Chocolate isn’t as pronounced as I expected, and I get more of that cereal note. Anyway, good brew.

On tap at GTMW 2015, pretty tasty beer here, pours a very dark brown with a light tan head, the aroma has a lot of chocolate as advertised with a nice backing of caramel and sweetness at the same time, the flavor has a strong chocolate front end with a smooth finish, good stuff.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Dangerous Man. Very dark pour with a dense tan head. Chocolatey aroma, malty, slightly toasty. Flavour is light but tasty with plenty of chocolate and some creaminess. One of the better chocolate stouts I've had at the lower ABV.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Black with small beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and a hint of sweetness. Light body, dark roasted grain astringency, moderate creaminess, dark chocolate notes, and a light sweet finish. Could use more body.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at brewpub
The second of two half pints probably merited more time than I had to give it. Even so a new addition (for me) to the dessert and candy category of stouts fits in nicely with others like Willoughby Peanut Butter Cup Porter and Duclaw Sweet Jesus. If this were my local I’d order a few pints now and again.
Aroma / Appearance - An inky fluid black base moves slowly around the glass flanked by a beige head. Sweet bitter chocolate, malts, and ashy undertones emerge with little patience needed. The robust profile provides a steady and reliable experience that stays true to the name.
Flavor / Palate - Ash, smoke, and melted Hershey’s Kisses grow from a tease to a full refreshing texture by the second sip. Slowly the taste profile builds to a crescendo before ebbing into a muted finish. Overall though it offers enough depth to make it a fine option depending on the mood. I certainly would have had no problems with another couple of ounces.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap - small foamy head, pitch black color, definite roasty coffee aroma and flavor - not sure where the "chocolate milk" part comes in, name is very misleading, I like chocolatey stouts and not a coffee fan so I'm a little disappointed, if you like coffee though, you will like this

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery. Pour is deep brown with a big tan head and sticky lacing. Roasty, marshmallows, some cookie malt, graham cracker, cocoa nibs, coffee and brown sugar in the aroma. Taste is toasted malt, lactose, milk chocolate, caramel, somewhat earthy, bitter coffee, and grass with a semi-bitter finish. Full mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Solid milk stout. 7/10 would bang.

Tap at brewery. Deep brown with a tan head. Malted milk chocolate balls in liquid form. Sweet, malty and creamy. No noticeable bitterness or other flavors to detract from this dessert-like beer. Heavier body with a creamy feel.

On tap at the brewery. Pours near black with a grayish brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of roasted malts with a decent amount of milk chocolate and a bit of sweet dark grains. Flavor has sweet chocolate throughout with sweet dark grains and a hint of roasted malts.
