Tap. Pours a slight red with a little white head. Flavor is honey, caramel malts, and some slight hops. Definitely creamy and smooth.

Sampled on draught at the Dangerous Man brewery taproom in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Pours a clear copper amber colored brew with a creamy off-white head that leaves behind a thin white ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of sweet creamed corn, a hint of honey, golden and caramel malts and a touch of floral Horizon hops. Taste is medium bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of creamed corn, some golden grain malt, a hint of caramel, floral hops and even some light bread dough. Finish is quite smooth, semi-sweet, very low bitterness with a short-lived creamed corn aftertaste. Compared to previous reviews, it looks like the brewmaster tweaked the recipe a little. Despite the previous version, this is how a cream ale should taste like. The little caramel/crystal malt was a nice touch.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Crisp, floral, slight biscuit. Easy drinker.

On tap at Dangerous Man Brewery. Poured a clear light golden color with white head. Light to medium sweet taste, with floral and cream.

Golden color with clear creamy head. Floral hop and golden malt aroma. Light hoppy and light malty flavor. Not too bad at all.
