Banana and clove are abundant in the aroma with a sturdy malty backbone. Cloudy in appearence, the hefeweizen is an interplay between the distinctness of the wheat malt and the spicey German yeast. A subtle bitterness helps to keep this beer bright and refreshing, perfect for Spring afternoons and new moons.

Yeasty aroma of banana and spice. I like this low abv version of the style. The yeast characteristics are less pronounced than some other weizen beers.

Tap. Hazy golden pour with a big foamy white head. Yeast aroma with mild banana and spice. Medium mouthfeel with some wheat and spice taste. Subtle and easy drinking.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at DM. Cloudy pour. Banana, clove and spices. Low abv helps with the drinkability but its not a style I love.
