Generous huge 750mL bonus bottle from pepsican. Yellow color. Pours flat. Served at room temperature. Aroma of some alcohol. It can almost knock you out if you inhale deeply with your nose. The aroma also has lots of sweet honey, and some yeasty, bready notes, I think it could be autolysis or dead yeast or something. Very pleasant actually. I completely don’t understand the low ratings on this beauty. Very sweet. Lots of honey flavor. Some throat burn going down. I love this mead, and I don’t care if my rating is out of wack with all you other losers. Yum!

May 13, 2008 This was a very delicious mead, very impressed. Similar spice and honey nose, but the alcohol was a lot more present in this one, not as well masked as others. This is very smooth on the palate, still has a sticky mouthfeel, with some beautiful spices.

May 11, 2008 Botella. My 6th of Dansk Mjøds tasty mead products. Clear golden colour. Sweet alcohoney aroma. Sticky mouthfeel. Sweet alco honey mild bitter flavour. Long lasting sweet finish with alcohol. Good one! Hvala yespr.

May 9, 2008 Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, thanks buddy] Clear golden colour. Thick oily lacework. Aroma of honey, medicine, spice, alcohol. Full bodied with a flat carbonation and thick alcoholic texture. Moderated to heavy sweet flavour. Alcoholic and honey sweet medicine like spicy finish.

ours golden yellow with no head. Aroma is mild honey and sharp alcohol. Oily mouthfeel Flavour is softly sweet, very dry, lots of cumen spiciness. Burning alcohol.
