Bottle at Papsø, Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, honey and apples. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, dried fruits and honey. Sweet and warming alcoholic finish.

75 cL ceramic bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is sweet, citric and fruity honey. Sweet, honey and slight fruity flavoured. Fruity, honey and sweet malty.

The sweet gale does come through. Very hot alcohol finish. Not bad, but not the most sophisticated mead either. 270411

Bottled. Pale yellow coloured. quite clear. Dense perfume, honey, fruits in the aroma. flavour of alcohol, honey apple and spice. Medium bodied. Dense apple and spice in the end.
