Had this at room temperature first. Pours honey golden. Smells floral, sweet. Honey, alcohol, spices, hint of hops. Tastes of honey and fruit. Honey, plum, spices, bit of hops, alcohol. Feels viscous in the mouth, finishes with bite of alcohol and spiced honey, again with touch of hops. Delicious.

Thanks to the kind soul who shared this bottle at RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours a clear still yellow. Nose is big honey with some metallic notes, huge booze, and a bit of honeycomb. Flavor is similar with honeycomb, booze, sugar, and mild fruit. Medium in body for a mead and not bad overall.

This bottled mead from a bottle shop poured a extremely small sized head of frothy clear colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a uncarbonated transparent light yellow white colored body. The nice aroma was sweet and honey. The vinous mouth feel was very tingly at the start and at the finish with a strong vinous aftertaste. The strong flavor contained notes of vinous and honey. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.
