Aug 11, 2007 Bottle (purchased at the brewery): deep golden coloured, lively carbonation, small, but creamy and persistent off-white head; clean sweet-malty nose with bisquits and honey, delicate hops appear im the wings; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium-bodied; short, delicate sweet-malty and bitter finish. Nothing wrong with it.......

Aug 6, 2007 (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid.sized foamy white head. Light-sweet, grainy aroma with a subtle fruity tinge and herbal hops staying in the background. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with an almost crispy carbonation. Strawy malty, soft grainy taste; light-sweet, minimal bitter finish. Tastes like a less matured Dantscher Spezial Hell.
