[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average to large, creamy - frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, oak, smoke - meat - whisky, alchol notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long to average duration. Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Copper with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramel, dried fruit, mild peat smoke and a hint of cherry. Sweetish fruity flavour with caramel notes, some whisky character and peat smoke - reasonably well balanced for a peat smoke beer
