33cl bottle. Pours nearly black with an off-white head. Smells of extremely sweet caramel malt, and perhaps a hint of Tastes of slightly tart-but-sweet cherries, with a creamy full body. There are a lot more flavors here than I have the words and nose to describe. Complex, and satisfying.

bottle@erzbierschof’s bar; Hogshead whisky cask - slightly hazy dark ruby-brown beer with a moderate foam left; gently woody with a solid presence of caramel, pretty flowery, light Speyside-like whisky notes; moderate carbonation and a decent malt backbone, a light sourness and bitterness; a fair wood and caramel presence in the finish - nice and complex
