Growler, shared by schoppfy. Pours a cloudy orange body with a large frothy off-white head. Nice floral citrusy hop nose with a really nice yeast profile. The flavor shows off nice citrusy hops with nice soft fluffy yeast. Lingering hops on the finish. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Pretty nice beer.

Draft at Sheffield’s in Chicago. Been waiting for this to pop up in here. Poured a hazy copper with a sticky head. Nose is mildly floral hops and phenolic Belgian yeast. Kind of subdued for the style. Get more of the Belgian aromas than the hops. On taste, bitterness is somewhat assertive but this beer feels like it was started and never really finished in the brewing process. Nothing to really tie it all together. I get some floral notes and more of the bubblegum, but it’s a bit sloppy. Too bad...

Had on tap at the brewery during the crawfish boil
A-pours a hazy dark orangish amber color with a dense dirty off white head.
S-the nose is big, loads of wheat, bubblegum, banana, clove, lots of herbal grassy hops in the back.
T-the taste follows the nose with lots of bubblegum, belgian yeast, floral and grassy hops in the back with a light to moderate bitterness.
M-smooth and creamy full body with a moderate carbonation, slighty dry in the back.
D-big flavors and tasty with lots of sweetness but enough hop flavors and bitterness to balance it out nicely.

Very floral, grassy hop nose with some honey and cotton candy sweetness. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet taste with lemon, grassy hops, lots of fresh flowers and a bit of honey dough malts. Finish is fairly dry with a bit of pepper. Very solid.
