3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Growler shared by ryan. Pours clear light brown with an average, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is heavy piney, floral, and resin hops, fruity esters, biscuit malt and caramel notes. Flavor is heavy bitter hops and hop flavor, sort of green tea bitterness, light malt and a dry finish. Medium body, warmth, and carbonation.

Sampled at the DC gathering at GT’s place. Clear brown pour with ring of offwhite head. Hoppy earthy aroma. Bitter hop earthy green tea flavor. A little thin on the palate. Okay.

Big citrus hop nose with some light toffee and fresh yeasty bread. The taste is lightly sweet and moderately bitter with lots of grapefruit juice, some crisp apple and soft caramels. Yum.
