Dark Horse Crooked Tree (Pluot)

MBGF07 summer. Pours a cloudy copper color with a decent sized tan colored head. Aroma is grapefruit, orange, perhaps some lemon notes. Flavor is grapefruit, orange, caramel. Palate is medium bodied, medium carbonation, finishes bitter. Not my favorite of the three, but still pretty good.

MBGF07. Chunky, pulpy orange/peach body with a large, lasting head that actually had orangish pulp stuck in it and left heavy, sticky lace. The aroma is citrus, apricot, orange, grapefruit and carmel. The flavor is apricot, orange, grapefruit, fairly dry with a pithy bitterness. Medium body is soft with light carbonation and a bitter end.
