Bottle. Pours an extremely hazy dark orange fading towards an opaque dark amber at the center of the glass; off-white head. Flecks of yeast visible towards the edges. Aroma has the fruitiness of cascade hops, a caramel malt sweetness, a touch of alcohol. Taste is similar, though I’d like more of the fruitiness of the hops to come through; the malt is heavy for my tastes. Moderately bitter. Medium bodied, average carbonation, a lingering bitter finish.

Jepp

UPDATED: APR 5, 2015 Good heavy Hoppy ipa. You can tell the difference between the hops on these. Not the amaZingly sexiest of them but a standard you can turn to. Bottle

A soft earthy aroma. Smooth drinking single hop classic. Opaque gold, great really glad that dark horse did the IPA sampler. Edit: please take the time to upturn your bottle and gently dislodge the yeast sediment that had accumulated on the bottom of the bottle, this really defines my experience.
