Hazy, dark copper pour with a white head. It has a nice aroma mixed with light pine, grapefruit, and some mild floral notes. The body is light with an oily texture and average carbonation. The taste is bittersweet with a slightly more bitter finish. The dryness of the finish makes this one go down fast. Definitely the best of the three single hops.

12 oz bottle. Another hazy golden amber pour and off-white head. Grassy hop aroma leads, floral as well and some caramel. Flavor is grassy backed up with some floral and grapefruit, with light biscuit at the end. There’s a sharp bitterness to this version in particular that’s pretty nice. "Grassy" is normally a hop flavor that I find to be a drawback, but I really like it here. For me that makes this one the most interesting single-hop version out of the three in the Dark Horse pack and kind of redeems the whole pack for me.

Decent and quaffable. Caramel malty and light citrus flavors. A bit earthy and odd in the finish. Not bad.

This one poured a medium orange color with an off white head. Aroma was of fruity hops, mainly oranges and lemons, with light tropical notes too. Flavor was more fruity than green as im used to from Cascade. Overall a solid single hopped IPA

Golden yellow with fluffy white head. Aroma is hoppy sweet citrus. Taste is dank grassy hops upfront with bitter grapefruit and pine on the follow through with a touch of malt sweetness. Aftertaste is lingering bitter dank resinous hops. Palate is medium and somewhat sticky. Overall pretty solid IPA with nice balance and hop bite.

Nice hop aroma, pours a clear orangish-amber with a full white head. Nice big bite of bitter hops, that lingers for a long time. A very nice showcase of a good hop.

bottle. Light amber with small head. Slightly less tasty to me than the Citra version, but this is still pretty nice. Hops are quite crisp.

Draft to pint at Dark Horse. Looks good; a hazy apricot with white head tbat dissipates into sticky lacing. Smells and tastes solid; Cascade hops with a nicely balanced pale malt backbone. Nice and smooth on the palate. Very drinkable.

There is a lack of aroma theme with these beers. Pours a dark red brown with a pale cream head that quickly disperses to a foam. Some lacing forms down the glass. All-around fairly balanced but not a lot of flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
