Trying another IPA from Dark Horse this evening from their monster lineup. This is not too bad, it has a nice resinous bite to it. I would say it is quite balanced, but nothing stands out to me. Nice brew. Poured from 12oz bottle

Bottle from La Atlántica bottle shop, Santiago de Compostela consumed at Frank (camper) at Camping Deva Gijon, Asturias, Wednesday 25th June 2014 Pours dark orangey actually more a murky amber with a sticky creamy lasting white head. Once again I have to confess to being somewhat underwhelmed by these beers frm this brewery, I cannot see a BBD on the bottle so cannot be sure how fresh it is, but as Loz suggested maybe they’re not so fresh. There is a hoppiness and bitterness here but somehow the sticky, slightly syrupy incessant malts overide all. Ok A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov12 3.0

Tap. Clear golden orange pour with a spotty pure white head. Kind of a cucumber element in this. Interesting hop. Smooth palate. Decent.

12 oz bottle. The pour on this is a darker orange with a nice thick white head that leaves a gorgeous lace when it fades down to a thin film. The aroma ia more of a sweet faint hoppiness and more of a maltiness. There is a little bit of a sourness, maybe a bit of bitterness that’s built up on the back end of the nose. The flavor is a little sweet on the front end. It’s got a little bit of that malty character and a subtle fruitiness. The hops are a little more hidden, and also a bit grassy. The mouth feel is thin, but the aftertaste lingers beautifully, and holds a great dryness that I love to see in an IPA

From Flandersned...Thanks, Steve. Stored well. Has held up well despite being about 8 months old. Nice slightly orange gold. Nose is interesting rustic, spicy hops. Solid IPA of course and the hops are definitely unique. Liked this more than the Cascade version...cool to try.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks tomer. Cloudy amber blond. Sweet caramel, soft, fruity hoppiness. Old hoppy bitterness, a little green/ cucumber taste. Smooth, full-bodied, slightly sweet, hoppy finish.
