Donít know if I am just so hammered that this is good, or if it is actually a abomination. Clear golden with ring of white head. Nose is mildly sweet, which becomes more pronounced in the flavor, but a corny grainy note. How much alcohol is in this? doesnít seem like a malt liquor. Awesome name and can.

Not impressed at all. 24 oz. can. This smells like keystone and tastes exactly like it is marketed, a malt liquor. No real hoppiness, just a skunky/malty taste.

not the worst especially for how cheap it is, has a grassy/corn aroma with the taste being similar, body is a bit thin, has a bit of a corn/grass after bite.

12oz can, no date. I still need to send heemer77 a bottle, as I see he hadnít rated this yet. Clear medium gold with a fairly well-retained white head. Aroma of cereal grain and honey--even some light floral notes after it warmed. Flavor is much the same. No fusels or alcohol noted. With "high gravity" and "ice" in the na.e youíd come to expect some of that.Light prickly carbonation with a light to medium body. Honestly, not bad for a malt Liquor.

Does anyone have any idea what the alcohol content of this is? High Gravity Ice Lager suggests high octane. This has a sweet scent and a smooth, inoffensive flavor. No medicine or alcohol burn. A "light beer" watery finish. Itís actually refreshing when drank very cold. I paid 88 cents for a 24 ounce can at Woodmans in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Appearance: Pours a clear, golden body with a full, foamy, white head. Smell: Sugary, floral aroma with a dash of Science (chemical note)! Taste: Sugary and floral, just as the aroma was. Brothy maltiness. Medium-low hop bitterness. Thankfully, it’s not overly fusel, which makes it relatively mild in the Melanie Brewing’s lineup of manufactured horrors. Metallic tin-like hint on the all too gacky finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: No thanks. Sure, some of these malt liquors can be surprisingly tolerable, though most end up in a zone between unrewarding and rage-inducing. This one’s in that latter slot.

Unclemattie is like my drug dealer except he hooks me up with malt liquor. Wicked props dawg! Poured into a small sniffer glass. Didnt leave much lacing but it would on the pavement. The aroma contains too much fuselage with some corn and piss. So far not good. The flavor is also rather harsh with corn and an alcohol burn present. This is a rough customer. Get Four O instead!

24oz can: At first I thought this was brewed by Dark Horse from Michigan, but alas I found out it was from City or GJS Sales, Inc. Clear deep golden color with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale malts and corn with some light fruits and fusels, but overall pretty unoffensive. I guess itís not that bad.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2008 24oz can. Sweet looking 70s Custom Van airbrushed horse with lightning bolts. Pours clear golden color, with a white foamy white head. Aroma of band-aids and corn. Flavor is quite lacking from the ICE lagering. Light bodied with a crisp dry finish. maybe add some grenadine to this jewel... WORD! My 1000th American Beer rating!!!
