Clear medium gold with a fairly well-retained white head. Aroma of cereal grain and honey--even some light floral notes after it warmed. Flavor is much the same. No fusels or alcohol noted. With "high gravity" and "ice" in the na.e you’d come to expect some of that.Light prickly carbonation with a light to medium body. Honestly, not bad for a malt Liquor. pkbites (344), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

High Gravity Ice Lager suggests high octane. This has a sweet scent and a smooth, inoffensive flavor. No medicine or alcohol burn. A "light beer" watery finish. It’s actually refreshing when drank very cold. I paid 88 cents for a 24 ounce can at Woodmans in Appleton, Wisconsin. ChainGangGuy (2619), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 12, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear, golden body with a full, foamy, white head.
Smell: Sugary, floral aroma with a dash of Science (chemical note)!
Taste: Sugary and floral, just as the aroma was. Brothy maltiness. Medium-low hop bitterness. Thankfully, it’s not overly fusel, which makes it relatively mild in the Melanie Brewing’s lineup of manufactured horrors. Metallic tin-like hint on the all too gacky finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: No thanks. Sure, some of these malt liquors can be surprisingly tolerable, though most end up in a zone between unrewarding and rage-inducing. This one’s in that latter slot. Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | May 13, 2008 Unclemattie is like my drug dealer except he hooks me up with malt liquor. Wicked props dawg! Poured into a small sniffer glass. Didnt leave much lacing but it would on the pavement. The aroma contains too much fuselage with some corn and piss. So far not good. The flavor is also rather harsh with corn and an alcohol burn present. This is a rough customer. Get Four O instead! kp (8600), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Clear deep golden color with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of sweet pale malts and corn with some light fruits and fusels, but overall pretty unoffensive. I guess it’s not that bad. unclemattie (2447), Georgia, USA

Sweet looking 70s Custom Van airbrushed horse with lightning bolts. Pours clear golden color, with a white foamy white head. Aroma of band-aids and corn. Flavor is quite lacking from the ICE lagering. Light bodied with a crisp dry finish. maybe add some grenadine to this jewel... WORD! My 1000th American Beer rating!!!
